Orders for in-stock fabrics are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Do you offer fire-retardant treatments for commercial projects?
Yes, many of our fabrics are pre-treated to meet industry safety standards like NFPA 701 or CAL 117. We can also provide custom finishing services for specific contract requirements.
What is your return policy for cut-yardage orders?
Since fabric is cut to your specific length requirements, we generally do not accept returns on cut yardage unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
