At Ennis Fabrics, we stand behind the quality of our textiles and supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible, uncut products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any fabric back to our warehouse.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the fabric is in its original condition, uncut and unwashed, and securely wrap it on its original bolt or roll to prevent creasing during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and use a trackable shipping method to send the items to our designated distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
